Lomas Creek is situated on the Steenkampsberg pass near Roossenekal, linked to the highest peak in the province – De Berg at 2331m.

Due to the altitude and cool climate it is ideal for trout fishing and other sporting activities. The Guest House is registered with De-Berg Conservancy and AGRED (African game bird research and development) .

The area has a high rainfall, therefore the farm area is well watered by streams & springs forming sponges particularly in the wet land. Water in the streams are clear and fast flowing with consistently high dissolved oxygen supplying the dams.

The Guest House consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 rooms on-suite, spacious dining area with communal bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering.

What's Available?

• An annual fishing membership (rod fee) is available for 3 weekends per year with full use of the Guest House for family and friends, 8 people Maximum
• Cost R10 000.00 (maximum 4 rods)
• Catering packages are available on request
• Fly fishing instruction and guidelines if required

Cottages

2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge / freezer / limited DSTV channels/ private patio with braai area, overlooking the Steenkampsberg Mountains
